Do you live near or in Tunbridge Wells, and looking for a mindful practice that can help balance your mind, body and spirit? Look no further than Yoga-Circle with Chrissie! With over 20 years of practice and 6 years of teaching yoga, Chrissie's passion for yoga shines through in every class.

About Chrissie

Chrissie has been practising yoga for over two decades, and it shows in her radiant presence and calm demeanour.

With a repertoire that encompasses various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga for Trauma, Kids Yoga, and Mat Pilates, she is an expert in crafting a unique experience to meet the needs of every student.

Formerly known as BlueBell Yoga of Tunbridge Wells, the new name of Yoga-Circle reflects the community of like-minded yogis who gather as part of a circle to explore all aspects of yoga practice.

Our classes

The weekly schedule includes a range of classes designed to fit your busy lifestyle. Currently, Chrissie is booked mostly for private lessons but has extended her availability and now has a few slots available per week for class tuition of up to twenty students.

You can either book an introduction course of 3 lessons or dive straight in and block book 5 or 10* sessions (* attracts a 10% discount – with the first lesson free!)

Fridays (10:00 am - 11:00 am)

3 sessions for £50

5 lessons for £15/session

10 lessons for £13.50 per lesson + 1 lesson free!

Reserved lessons take place on the same day of the following week, at the same time.

Yoga is simply a connection between the energies of the Earth and Stars....

We are all made of stars and we connect with the Earth every single day since the womb – so yoga is a way to reconnect with what your body does everyday, you are already a yoga warrior!

The practice of YinYang yoga is a way to put the volume up on your energy connection, balance is not just about standing on one leg – it comes from within, 30 mins of Yang followed by 30mins of Yin leaves you with a balanced body and mind to get on with your day!
